Phase 1 is in action. Before and after school lifting opportunities, as well as speed and agility training. The boys are getting after it and competing. The culture is changing, and you can feel the hunger for success. As a whole they are starting to understand what it takes to BE uncommon.
After a productive summer we still had a ton of growing and learning to do. We had to learn how to win again. Break the culture and redefine what it means to be a Tiger. No better way to do so than to beat Mount Vernon and return the trophy back home where it belongs. The NWC is a tough conference, and we learned what it takes to compete. We say goodbye to a class of seniors who put down the first brick in the foundation of success. The way to success is clear to us now and it's time to get back to work and fight our face off.
Kicked off spring/summer football after Memorial Day. Grinded through a tough camp, traveled to UW and Oregon University for 7 on 7 and big man camps. Took weekly trips to Glacier Peak to compete. Cruised down in vans for 9 hours to Eastern Oregon to finally play some real football and build bonds that would help us navigate the season. Hosted a youth camp for 70+ kids. Summer was long but flew by. Year 1 learning what it takes to be successful.
